Job Description:
• Reporting to General Manager you will be responsible for leading
the whole production process of interior / joinery projects for
customers
• Managing a team staff, primarily carpenters, engineers in the manufacturing process
• Responsible for taking a design order process through to completion
• Duties include production planning, scheduling, quality assurance and Health & Safety
• Regular meetings with the customers & stakeholders on the projects
• Management of a pricing / budget & project P&L
• Recruitment, training and motivation of a large team

Requirements
Skills Required:
• Minimum of 7 years’ similar experience in the Management of joinery
/ manufacturing industry specializing in interiors / retail design /
hotel interiors process etc.
• Degree or Industry recognised qualification in Engineering / Joinery
• Strong people management experience and the ability to direct large workforces through Supervisors and hands on approach
• Good all round financial management, budgeting & planning
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to be “client facing” providing a technical solution in the pre-sales process with other Management colleagues
